Grades

X7744, X444V, X523V, X364V: Filler reinforced materials.
Ultra-low warpage, high dimensional stability, low specific gravity, high rigidity, non-halo flame retardancy, and a wide range of heat resistant temperatures which can be designed.
CN51V: Light transmitting material. 940nm infrared transmission.
VT31V, VT31Z, VT52Z: Vibration damping material. Help achieve noise reduction of parts.
DG040, DG235, DG141 (PPS/PPE blends): Chemical resistance, low warpage, high dimensional stability, high heat resistance, good flow, and high stiffness

These polyacetal resins balances the mechanical properties of homopolymer and thermal resistance of copolymer.

Features

・TENAC™ is a material with excellent durability, fatigue and slidability as well as mechanical properties.
・In particular, HC series , which has both the good points of homopolyner and copolymer, are the material suitable for mechanical parts.
・LZ and LX series, which has a sliding prescription based on HC series, has excellent sliding performance as well as mechanical properties.
・Due to its excellent flowability, it can be molded to thin products.

Conductive bearing

By adding various conductive carbon to non-conductive plastic, it is possible to replace electrical contact parts and ground parts that were previously metal.
It is superior in terms of productivity and cost because parts can be manufactured only by molding without secondary processing.
