What is the mechanistic analysis?
Mechanism analysis is a method of modeling and examining how force is transmitted to each part and what kind of motion is carried out in combination of multiple parts by equation of motion (currently under development)
As a result of the calculation, information on motion (position, speed, and acceleration) and force can be evaluated in animation or graph.
When applied to a gear, the reaction force at the engagement part can be obtained, and the reaction force can be reflected in the stress calculations and the creep predictions.
