An insulating material that flame resistance, thermal insulating, water resistant, heat resistance, and highly flexible in shape
SunForce™ is suitable for the mass production of thin-walled, complex-shaped thermal insulation materials because it is made from small beads and foamed in a mold, in addition to its inherent high heat resistance and flame resistance (UL94 standard V-0 certified). This allows the mass production of insulation materials that fit the shapes of complex parts.
In this document, you can see the results of simulations of the temperature reduction and energy saving effects when SunForce™ is used as thermal insulation material for washing machines, dryers, air conditioners, and freezers/refrigerators, as well as insulation and ventilation covers for circuit boards.
